Director, Engineering and Construction
The position of Director of Engineering and Plant Operations is available at Athens Regional Medical Center located in northeastern Georgia.

Position Details:
This Director will be charged with providing direction and coordination for Engineering, Construction, and Biomedical Services consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the organization, designed to ensure that Athens Regional Medical Center maintains its reputation as a world-class facility. This leader will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and providing planning support to ensure efficient, cost effective maintenance for all of ARMC’s buildings and grounds which encompass more than two million square feet. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five to seven years of leadership experience within a hospital setting and the ability to motive and inspire others is essential.

Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will be a Bachelor's prepared, energizing, collaborative leader with an open communication style.
- Minimum of five to seven years of engineering, facilities, and construction leadership experience within a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, high integrity, and a sense of urgency and action, and the ability to appropriately prioritize and provide timely and thorough follow through will be a strong fit with Athens Regional Medical Center's culture.
