Healthcare Members FREE! You will play at no charge, as will your CEO, CFO, or COO. Hole Sponsorship $425.00 for one hole and one golfer (Additional golfers are $125 each): A sign will be displayed by each hole with the sponsor’s company name in block letters. Hole sponsors will be listed on the KCAHE web site. Golf Without Sponsorship $125.00 per golfer (non-healthcare member). |
