The Kansas City Area Healthcare Engineers (KCAHE) is seeking presentation proposals for the 2026 KCAHE Annual Conference on October 29, 2026.

We are seeking up to two educational presentations that provide practical insights, innovative ideas, and real-world experiences relevant to healthcare facilities, engineering, design, construction, and operations.

Our conference keynote speaker is Donnie Campbell. Mr. Campbell is best known for being the real-life inspiration for Ted Lasso. Through his keynote he will help us achieve our theme for this year’s conference of inspiring individuals and teams to reach new heights.

  • Presentations that highlight a successful healthcare project and demonstrate how owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders collaborated to overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

  • Presentations that explore emerging technologies, tools, processes, or strategies that have the potential to improve healthcare facility planning, design, construction, operations, maintenance, or patient care environments.
